The tempering lubricant rapid emptying device structurally comprises an upper spraying beam, a lower spraying beam, a tempering lubricant supply system and an emptying system. The tempering lubricant supply system comprises a main tempering lubricant supply pipe and branch tempering lubricant supply pipes. The main tempering lubricant supply pipe is provided with the branch tempering lubricant supply pipes. Each branch tempering lubricant supply pipe is provided with a tempering lubricant supply electromagnetic control valve. The emptying system comprises a main emptying pipe and branch emptying pipes. Each branch tempering lubricant supply pipe is provided with a corresponding branch emptying pipe. Each branch emptying pipe is provided with an emptying electromagnetic control valve. The tempering lubricant rapid emptying device solves the problem that according to a temper mill, due to the fact that residual tempering lubricant of a pipeline drips on the surface of a strip steel during halting and winding, the surface quality of the strip steel is affected; meanwhile, the residual tempering lubricant of the pipeline can be reused, energy consumption is reduced, and production cost is lowered.
