The fixing device is provided with a square base, base fixing pieces and three fixing baffles, wherein the upper surface of the base is a plane and is used for supporting bearing supports of the coating roll; the base fixing pieces are formed on the lower surface of the base and used for fixing the base on a coating machine main body; the upper ends of the three fixing baffles protrude upwards from the upper surface of the base; and the fixing baffles are mounted on the side faces of the base in a movable manner relative to the side faces of the base.
