One-chip capacitive touch screen

A one-chip capacitive touch screen comprises a transparent substrate and a shielding layer encircling the periphery of the transparent substrate, wherein the inner surface of the shielding layer is connected with the transparent substrate; a cover bottom layer, of which the optical density is higher than that of the shielding layer, is formed on the outer surface of the shielding layer; the outer side edge of the shielding layer is a certain distance far away from the peripheral side edge of the transparent substrate; a filling layer, of which the optical density is lower than that of the cover bottom layer, is arranged in the space between the outer side edge of the shielding layer and the transparent substrate. Therefore, the lateral corrosion phenomenon on the side edge can be avoided.
