Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a high-speed high-torque full-hydraulic top drive drilling set which is driven by a group of high-speed low-torque hydraulic motors. Each hydraulic motor is provided with an independent multi-disc brake and a planetary speed reducer, so that a spindle can run at a high speed and a high torque without a disc brake. The high-speed high-torque full-hydraulic top drive drilling set structurally comprises a lifting device, a main transmission box, a rotating head assembly, a hydraulic chuck and an openable pulley from top to bottom, the upper portion of the lifting device is connected with a travelling block through a lifting beam, the lower portion of the lifting device is directly connected with a lifting seat of the main transmission box, a rotating head uses a worm-gear transmission rotary drive as a main working component, accurate angle positioning is realized by electro-hydraulic proportional closed-loop control, self-locking performance is achieved, the drilling set and the spindle can simultaneously drive a drill string to rotate, and low-speed torque rise operation is realized. A full-hydraulic top drive is small in size and light in weight, a hydraulic system realizes electro-hydraulic proportional positive displacement speed control within a wide rotational speed range by the aid of mechanical-electrical-hydraulic integration technology, so that the requirements of various deep well drilling processes and drilling rules are met, and particularly continental scientific drilling deep well core drilling is realized.
