Each of the upper die and the lower die is provided with a machining area. The machining area of the upper die is provided with guide orifice punches, a central hole punch, primary side frame punches, riveting point punches, secondary side slot punches and an outline punch; the machining area of the lower die is correspondingly provided with guide orifice cutting openings, a central hole cutting opening, primary side frame cutting openings, riveting point cutting openings, secondary side slot cutting openings and a rotor sheet cutting opening; two sides of the machining area of the lower die are provided with two rows of guide posts, respectively; two sides of the machining area of the upper die are provided with two rows of cavities, respectively; the cavities fit the guide posts. The guide posts can control a feeding direction of a steel strip; the steel strip is rarely transversely deviated in the die; machining precision of a rotor is guaranteed. |
