Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a device for quickly stirring and separating vital gluten raw materials. The device comprises a barrel-shaped enclosure, wherein the upper part of the head end of the enclosure is provided with a material inlet; the lower part of the head end of the enclosure is provided with a water orifice; a screw is arranged in the enclosure; one end of the screw is connected with a power wheel by a shaft, and the other end of the screw is coupled with the tail end of the enclosure; one section, which corresponds to the head end of the enclosure, of the screw is a stirring section; one section, which corresponds to the tail end of the enclosure, of the screw is an extrusion section; the position, which corresponds to the stirring section, of the enclosure is provided with an extrusion part; an annular semi-permeable barrier covers the inner side of the extrusion part; a cavity is formed by the semi-permeable barrier and the extrusion part; the lower part of the cavity is connected with an outlet hopper; an annular inward bulge is arranged between the stirring section and the extrusion section in the enclosure; the tail end of the enclosure is provided with an extrusion hole.
