Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a tin-explosion-preventing welding structure of a voice-coil motor. The structure includes a yoke plate, a lower elastic sheet, two terminals and a lower cover. The yoke plate is provided with an inner cavity, one end of which is open. The lower elastic sheet is laminated with the lower cover. The two terminals are inserted into insert grooves of corner parts of the lower cover, and the top faces of the terminals are welded with the lower elastic sheet. The lower cover, and the lower elastic sheet and the terminals, which are fixed on the lower cover, are placed in the inner cavity of the yoke plate in a sleeved manner. Gaps are arranged at two corners of the yoke plate respectively. The gaps are arranged at positions, opposite to combination faces of the top faces of the terminals and the lower elastic sheet so as to facilitate tin soldering of the top faces of the terminals and the lower elastic sheet. Because in the tin-explosion-preventing welding structure, the gaps are arranged respectively at two corners of the yoke plate, opposite to the top faces of the terminals, and in a last process step, tin soldering is carried out on the top faces of the terminals and the lower elastic sheet so that a risk that tin balls splashed down to an internal mechanism of a product is prevented, the yield of product assembly is improved and the assembly quality is higher. |
