Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a 200-class low-voltage motor random winding insulation structure which is mainly characterized in that through utilizing an insulating structure of applying the insulation structure on a stator winding insulation, a winding slot insulation, interphase insulations, interlayer insulations and winding slot wedge parts in the low-voltage motor, integrally utilizing an H9161 unsaturated polyester imide insulating paint coated and baked insulating structure on the stator winding, and coating and baking the H9161 unsaturated polyester imide insulating paint in the winding structure of a motor winding, high insulation and good heat conductivity of the low-voltage motor random winding are realized. Through testing in a thermal aging experiment, the 200-class low-voltage motor random winding insulation structure has functions of realizing a target value of the temperature index of heat resisting class of the low-voltage motor random winding being higher than 200, satisfying a requirement for high stability and high reliability in normal use of the low-voltage motor in a high-temperature environment of 200 DEG C for long time, and prolonging service life of the low-voltage motor. |
