Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a mode-hop-free rapid wavelength modulation single-frequency fiber laser characterized by comprising a single-frequency fiber laser. The single-frequency fiber laser is provided with a rapid wavelength modulation system and a pump semiconductor laser equipped with a tail fiber. The output tail fiber of the pump semiconductor laser is connected with the pump input port of a fiber combiner. The output fiber port of the fiber combiner is connected with a high-reflectivity Fiber Bragg Grating. The other end of the high-reflectivity Fiber Bragg Grating and a highly-doped gain fiber are soldered. The other end of the highly-doped gain fiber and a low-reflectivity Fiber Bragg Grating disposed on a polarization-maintaining fiber are soldered. The other end of the low-reflectivity Fiber Bragg Grating is used as the output end of the fiber laser. The single-frequency fiber laser is integrated into a laser carrier equipped with the wavelength modulation system. The mode-hop-free rapid wavelength modulation single-frequency fiber laser may keep mode-hop-free single frequency in a modulation process, and is large in wavelength modulation range, fast in modulation speed, accurately-controllable in modulated wavelength, high in mechanical strength, anti-interference, and good in reliability. |
