The cell penetrates into the insulating shell, the negative pole of the cell is located on the upper portion of the insulating shell, and the positive pole of the cell is located on the lower portion of the insulating shell; a negative pole copper bar is arranged on the upper portion of the insulating shell, and a nickel piece matched with the negative pole of the cell is arranged on the negative pole copper bar; an upper insulating board covers the upper portion of the negative pole copper bar; a positive pole copper bar is arranged on the lower portion of the insulating shell, and a nickel piece matched with the positive pole of the cell is arranged on the positive pole copper bar; a lower insulating board covers the lower portion of the positive pole copper bar; a clamping hook is arranged on the front face of the insulating shell, and a clamping groove matched with the clamping hook is formed in the back face of the insulating shell.
