The device is composed of a rotation speed signal conditioning module (1), a pressure transmitter (2), an electricity-distribution isolator (3), a galvanic couple signal amplifier (4) and a digital electrographic recording analyzer (5), wherein the rotation speed signal conditioning module (1) is connected with a to-be-tested engine (6), the galvanic couple signal amplifier (4) is connected with the to-be-tested engine (6) through a thermoelectric couple (31), and the pressure transmitter (2) is connected with the to-be-tested engine (6) through a pressure probe (21) and is connected with the digital electrographic recording analyzer (5) through the electricity-distribution isolator (3). Compared with the conventional single signal test methods, the aero-engine multiple parameter small integral test device has the advantages of being various in considered sampled signal type, high in sampling rate, and good in record replaying effect. |
