The concentration tank is fixedly mounted on the medium frame, the thick slurry tank is fixedly mounted on the low frame, the flocculant preparation adding system is mounted on the ground, and the sludge solidification device is mounted on the ground. The short-process sludge concentration and solidification device is characterized in that the sludge-ingoing concentration tank pipeline is connected with a concentration tank slurry inlet, the concentration tank is connected with the thick slurry tank through a pipeline, the concentration tank is divided into three chambers, the bottom of the first chamber of the concentration tank is provided with a slurry outlet, the concentration tank slurry inlet is arranged on one side close to the sludge-ingoing concentration tank pipeline, a concentration tank and thick slurry tank connection port is arranged on one side close to the thick slurry tank, and the bottom of the second chamber of the concentration tank is provided with a slurry outlet.
