An opening is formed in one side of the shell, and the interior of the shell is partitioned into an opening cavity and a closed cavity through the partition plate. A rotating shaft is arranged inside the closed cavity. The rotating shaft is in rotating connection with the side wall of the shell. One end of the rotating shaft is connected with an operation rod outside the shell. A gear is arranged on the rotating shaft. A vertically-arranged rack is in sliding connection with the partition plate. The gear is meshed with the rack. A sample box base is arranged inside the opening cavity. A first opening clamping the bottom of a sample box is formed in the sample box base. A movable plate is arranged above the sample box base. A second opening clamping a sample box cover is formed in the movable plate. One end of the movable plate penetrates through the partition plate to be connected with the rack. A gap which is not smaller than the movable plate is formed in the partition plate.
