Zusammenfassung:	A manpower tricycle with a windproof curtain belongs to the technical field of a tricycle and especially designed to prevent winter cold wind blowing the front surface of a passenger and improving traffic recognition. The manpower tricycle with the windproof curtain comprises a tricycle body (1) and an arc-shaped transparent plastic curtain (3) fastened on the tricycle body (1); a fluorescent reflection bar (2) improving traffic recognition is respectively attached to the back side and two sides of a seat of the tricycle body (1); and the plastic curtain (3) is provided with a garbage bag (4) accommodating litters thrown by the passenger and a window (5)for communication between a tricycle driver and the passenger.
