The large underground trackless vehicle swing axle frame comprises an upper swing axle frame body and a lower swing axle frame body. The two ends of the upper swing axle frame body and the two ends of the lower swing axle frame body are hinged through knuckle bearings and shafts, wherein a spherical plain thrust bearing is arranged on the portion, between the upper swing axle frame body and the lower swing axle frame body, of at least one end of each shaft. The two ends of the shafts are supported on the lower swing axle frame body. The knuckle bearings are each provided with a sealed structure. When the road surface is uneven, the upper swing axle frame body and the lower swing axle frame body realize transverse swing through the shafts and the knuckle bearings, and therefore a front drive axle and a rear drive axle can both make contact with the ground smoothly and provide sufficient traction force; when an underground trackless vehicle travels, the traction force is transmitted from the lower swing axle frame body to the upper swing axle frame body through the spherical plain thrust bearings and reaches a vehicle body, and the large underground trackless vehicle swing axle frame is simple in structure, uniform in stress and long in service life. |
