The lower plate is fixedly connected with the upper plate, the air grooves are formed in the peripheries of extrusion flow channels, the directions of the air grooves are identical to the extrusion direction of the die, a plurality of air pipes which penetrate the corresponding plates are respectively arranged on the upper plate and the lower plate, and the directions of the air pipes are perpendicular to the extrusion direction of the die; a plurality of kidney-shaped cooling water tanks and a plurality of cooling water chambers are respectively arranged on the upper plate and the lower plate, the directions of the kidney-shaped cooling water tanks are identical to the extrusion direction of the die, and the directions of the cooling water chambers are perpendicular to the extrusion direction of the die.
