The energy-saving protecting cover is characterized in that a cover body surrounds the outer side of the whole condenser and is a cylinder; the top of the energy-saving protecting cover is a half-ball top; a water inlet, a water outlet and an exhaust opening are formed in the side wall of the external part of the energy-saving cover; the exhaust opening is connected with a vacuum cut-off valve; the cover body can be used for accommodating carrier fluid. Water which is fed from the water inlet firstly flows into the condenser to complete heat exchange, and further flows into the energy-saving cover from the water outlet of the condenser, so that the outer wall of a conventional condensation tube is sufficiently submerged in the water, the effective condensation area is doubled above, heat exchange is further performed inside the energy-saving cover, the condensation effect is relatively good since the specific heat of water is much greater than that of air, and the length and the inner diameter of the condensation tube are not required to be changed; due to adoption of the vacuum cut-off valve on newly-added equipment, the problem that the vacuum degree of conventional equipment cannot be adjusted is solved, and the situation that a large number of organic solvents are wasted as the organic solvents are sucked off by a pump in the conventional equipment is eliminated.
