Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses an LED integrated light source. The LED integrated light source includes a light source body and is characterized in that the light source body includes a substrate layer, an insulating layer, a circuit layer and an ink layer. The insulating layer is disposed between the circuit layer and the substrate layer. The upper end of the circuit layer is coated with the ink layer. Each of exposed parts of the substrate layer and the circuit layer is coated with an anti-oxidation metal coating. At least one group of LED chips is disposed on the light source body, where cathodes of the LED chips are electrically connected with the substrate layer while anodes of the LED chips are electrically connected with the circuit layer. The LED chips are directly fixedly connected onto the light source body, and the thermal resistance of the LEDs is effectively reduced; and the power density of the light source can be maximally improved; the service life of an LED lamp is prolonged. The LED integrated light source is characterized by energy saving, environmental protection and high efficiency. The structure of the entire LED integrated light source is simple, and the production cost is reduced. |
