The bottom surface of the sealing cover is provided with a triode clamping block, three pin clamping blocks and a radiating fin clamping block. According to the above technical scheme, the triode clamping block on the sealing cover bottom surface clamps the triode in the triode groove; the three pin blocks clamp the pins in the pin clamping grooves; and the radiating fin block clamps the radiating fin in the radiating fin groove; and the above clamping is all tight clamping so as to ensure stability of positioning of the triode, the three pins and the radiating fin. Through the above technical scheme, if the packaged triode needs to be dismounted, the triode, the three pins and the radiating pin can be taken away once the sealing cover is taken away from the pedestal, so that the dismounting and the installing of the packaged triode are relatively convenient.
