The FMCW millimeter wave microstrip array radar for the road vehicle monitoring and measurement comprises a microstrip antenna, a metal bottom plate arranged on the microstrip antenna and a metal cover in matched connection with the upper surface of the metal bottom plate. A radio frequency transmit-receive plate is arranged on the upper surface, corresponding to the metal cover, of the metal bottom plate. The radio frequency transmit-receive plate is electrically connected to a digital signal processing plate positioned between the radio frequency transmit-receive plate and the metal cover. The microstrip antenna, the radio frequency transmit-receive plate and the digital signal processing plate are sequentially electrically connected. The FMCW millimeter wave microstrip array radar for the road vehicle monitoring and measurement can simultaneously carry out measurement on the speeds and distances of a plurality of vehicles so as to facilitate reduction of overall costs of traffic supervision equipment.
