Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a tri-eccentric bidirectional metal-sealed butterfly valve. A runner is arranged in the valve body; a valve seat is hermetically and fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the runner; the valve rod is arranged vertically and penetrates through the runner; the upper end of the valve rod is hermetically connected with the valve body by use of a first rotating tight coupling structure, while the lower end of the valve rod is hermetically connected with the valve body by use of a second rotating tight coupling structure; a valve plate is arranged in the runner and fixedly mounted on the valve rod; a mounting step is arranged on the periphery of the valve plate; a sealing ring is mounted on the mounting step, and held down and fixed by use of a sealing ring clamping ring; the sealing ring clamping ring is fixedly connected to the valve plate by use of a first screw; the sealing ring is matched with the valve seat to control flow on or flow off of the valve; the tri-eccentric bidirectional metal-sealed butterfly valve is characterized in that false open gaps are reserved between the inner side surface of the sealing ring and the surface of the mounting step and between the outer side surface of the sealing ring and the hold-down surface of the sealing ring clamping ring, and sealing ring sealing washers are arranged in the false open gaps, respectively. The tri-eccentric bidirectional metal-sealed butterfly valve is novel in structural design, and capable of well meeting the requirements of severe working conditions; the cost of the integrated unit is reduced and the service life of the valve is prolonged.
