The hydraulically-controlled ultrahigh-pressure injection valve comprises a valve body, a valve cover, a valve cavity, a valve core, a valve rod and a hydraulic control device, wherein the valve cover is provided with a leak detection hole and a leak detection joint; the hydraulic control device is used for controlling the valve rod; the hydraulic control device comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic cavity, a piston and a hydraulic cylinder cover positioned on the top of the hydraulic cylinder; the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder is provided with a transition disk which is fixedly connected with the upper side of the valve cover; the outer wall of the valve rod is provided with a leak-proof sealing copper sleeve which is hermetically connected with the valve cover and the transition disk and is fixed on the valve cover; the lower segment of the valve core is a hollow part which is communicated with the valve cavity; the excircle wall of the hollow part is provided with a plurality of small holes which are uniformly distributed and have a balance depressurization function. By adopting the hydraulically-controlled ultrahigh-pressure injection valve, medium leakage is avoided fully; under the condition of not stopping production, a worn sealing assembly can be replaced rapidly, maintenance is more complete, the production efficiency is increased, the maintenance cost is reduced greatly, and the maintenance period is shortened greatly; the improved injection valve can adapt to the ultrahigh working pressure of 61.0MPa, the corrosion damage to a high-pressure water pipeline is small, and the service life is prolonged. |
