A device for measuring the thickness of a sediment layer of a punched cast-in-place pile with the wall protected by slurry comprises a positioning measuring plate, a measuring probe and a measuring tube, wherein the positioning measuring plate is a round metal plate, and a hole is formed in the center; the measuring probe consists of a measuring probe cone, a measuring probe rod and a cylindrical spiral-compression spring, the measuring probe rod is sleeved with the cylindrical spiral-compression spring after penetrating through the hole in the positioning measuring plate, and then the measuring probe rod is connected with the measuring tube through a straight threaded connection sleeve. The device can measure the thickness of the hole-bottom sediment layer of the cast-in-place concrete pile quickly and accurately, so that the working quality and the working efficiency are improved.
