Through adoption of the waste pavement recycling and re-paving device, solid waste generated by waste pavements in the road building work can be used for re-paving a newly-built pavement, so that on one hand, pavement paving materials are saved, and the pavement paving cost is reduced, and on the other hand, the solid waste generated in the road building process is reduced.
