The adjustable structure comprises a body, a pull rod, a mounting seat and two mounting plates, wherein the pull rod is positioned in the body; a sensing part is arranged on the upper end part of the pull rod; the mounting seat is fixedly arranged on the body, and is coaxial with the body; the two mounting plates can slide along the axial direction of the mounting seat; a tool pulling proximity switch and a tool unloading proximity switch, which correspond to the sensing part, are fixedly arranged on the two mounting plates respectively, and are mutually staggered in the axial direction of the mounting seat; locking parts for fixing the mounting plates and the mounting seat are arranged on the mounting plates. According to the adjustable structure, the positions of the proximity switches of the electric spindle can be adjusted regardless of machining errors and assembly errors of inner elements of the electric spindle according to the dimension of the assembled electric spindle, so that requirements on part machining and assembly accuracy are lowered; meanwhile, with the adjustment of the positions of the proximity switches, the abrasion and slight deformation of the parts can also be ignored, so that the service life of the electric spindle is prolonged. |
