A novel medical intrauterine hemostatic device for gynaecology and obstetrics comprises an elastic bag and an air pump. A medicine administration layer sleeves the elastic bag. A medicine administration chamber and a dirt discharge chamber which are separated by a partition belt are formed between the medicine administration layer and the elastic bag. A plurality of medicine outlets are uniformly distributed in the medicine administration layer. The lower end of the elastic bag is connected with a rigid catheter. A medicine administration tube, an air tube and a dirt discharge tube are arranged in the rigid catheter, wherein the medicine administration tube is communicated with the medicine administration chamber, the air tube is communicated with the elastic bag, and the dirt discharge tube is communicated with the dirt discharge chamber. The wall of the rigid catheter is provided with a penetration degree scale. The tail end of the rigid catheter is provided with a medicine injection unit, a dirt guide tube and a pressure gauge, wherein the medicine injection unit is communicated with the medicine administration tube, the dirt guide tube is communicated with the dirt discharge tube, and the pressure gauge is communicated with the air tube. The bottom of the rigid catheter is provided with a flexible air tube communicated with the air tube and the other end of the flexible air tube is connected to an air pump.
