The primary winding coils L1, L2 and L3 of the three single-phase transformers A, B and C are connected to form a Y-shaped winding coil, wherein the common end of the Y-shaped winding coil is grounded and the other three ends of the Y-shaped winding coil are connected with the three-phase voltage input end. The secondary winding coil output of the three single-phase transformers A, B and C forms duplex winding coils, wherein the first group of coils L11, L21 and L31 are connected to form a y-type winding coil. The common end of the y-shaped winding coil is connected with a control system, and the other three ends of the y-shaped winding coil are connected with a voltage-stabilizing circuit module.
