27.5kV current transformer for sulfur hexafluoride gas filled tank

A 27.5kV current transformer for a sulfur hexafluoride gas filled tank comprises an epoxy resin shell, a primary wire, a secondary coil and a primary connector bar, the primary wire, the secondary coil and the primary connector bar are cast in the epoxy resin shell, and the interior of the secondary coil is formed by winding a cooper wire on a magnetic core. The primary wire is made of a high-conductivity strip-shaped flat copper wire, and the primary connector bar is connected with the primary wire. The secondary coil and the primary wire are assembled in a sleeving mode to form the transformer, and the transformer is formed by one-time casting molding of epoxy resin. Sealing grooves and mounting screw holes are formed in the periphery of a secondary outgoing line terminal on the outer portion of the transformer. The 27.5kV current transformer is small in size, high in precision and capable of being widely suitable for being mounted in the sulfur hexafluoride gas filled tank, and has the sealing function.
