The document cabinet is provided with a controller, a power supply circuit, a communication circuit for uploading collection information to the upper computer, an infrared sensing mechanism, a temperature and humidity monitoring mechanism, a radio frequency identification mechanism for collecting radio frequency coded information and a cabinet door opening and closing control mechanism for realizing opening and closing of a cabinet door, wherein the power supply circuit, the communication circuit, the infrared sensing mechanism, the temperature and humidity monitoring mechanism, the radio frequency identification mechanism and the cabinet door opening and closing control mechanism are connected with the controller. Documents stored in the cabinet are provided with radio frequency tags.
