The signal input unit and the signal output unit are connected to the image processing unit. The device also comprises two pedestals which are connected through a guide rod which is provided with a connection plate. The connection plate is provided with a hole. The guide rod passes through the hole of the connection plate which is provided with a plurality of cameras. The cameras are connected to the image processing unit through a data line, and a plurality of light sources are arranged between the camera and an object to be detected. The coated foil exposed online detection device has high detection precision, and the defects of a large detection error of artificial detection, the easy production of visual fatigue in long time detection and an unstable detection result in the prior art are overcome.
