The infrared temperature measurement device comprises an infrared thermometer and a check ball valve used for being installed in a temperature measurement channel of the microwave synthetic kiln. The temperature measurement channel is blocked by the check ball valve, and the check ball valve is provided with a blowing channel used for blowing protective gas into the temperature measurement channel of the microwave synthetic kiln and is further provided with an exhaust hole used for exhausting the protective gas. A temperature measurement probe of the infrared thermometer is located at an external inlet of the temperature measurement channel, and the protective gas is blown to the temperature measurement channel through the blowing channel. Meanwhile, the protective gas is exhausted from the exhaust hole to form an isolation gas film, the check ball valve is opened the temperature measurement channel is unblocked, and the temperature measurement probe performs temperature measurement. The temperature measurement channel is opened or closed through opening or closing of the check ball valve, the protective gas is blown into the temperature measurement channel through the blowing channel, so high-temperature smoke can be prevented from interfering with and scouring the temperature measurement probe when the temperature measurement probe performs temperature measurement; in addition, continuous temperature measurement within a short time interval can be achieved, the temperature measurement probe can be effectively protected, and temperature measurement accuracy can be guaranteed. |
