A splashing prevention and detection device for an acid pipeline flange is composed of a stop valve, shells, stainless steel bolts, rubber sealing pads and a PH value detector. The two U-shaped shells cover the outside of the acid pipeline connecting flange in an up-down mode, the two sides of each shell are fixed on an acid pipeline by the stainless steel bolts, and the rubber sealing pads are arranged between the two side edges of each shell and the acid pipeline. The upper shell is provided with the stop valve, the stop valve is connected with a demineralized water pipe, and the lower portion of the lower shell is connected with the PH value detector with a valve. By means of the splashing prevention and detection device for the acid pipeline flange, leaking acid splashing can be prevented, the flange and the device can be cleaned regularly, and whether leakage happens to the flange connecting position or not is judged according to the PH value of waste water after washing is conducted, so that burn injuries and equipment corrosion caused by manual flange detection are avoided, potential safety hazards are eliminated, and the field environmental pollution caused by acid gas leakage is reduced.
