Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a gear-shaped cast-in-place concrete pile. The gear-shaped cast-in-place concrete pile comprises a reinforcement framework cage and a solid pile body, wherein the reinforcement framework cage which comprises a cylindrical reinforcement cage and a gear-shaped reinforcement cage and the solid pile body is cast in the reinforcement framework cage. The cylindrical reinforcement cage is located inside the gear-shaped reinforcement cage and comprises a plurality of reinforcing steel bars distributed on a first cylindrical curved surface, a plurality of longitudinally arranged first stirrups are fixedly connected with the inner sides of the reinforcing steel bars, and a plurality of longitudinally arranged second stirrups are fixedly connected with the outer sides of the reinforcing steel bars. The gear-shaped reinforcement cage comprises a plurality of steel tubes distributed on a second cylindrical curved surface, every two steel tubes form a group and are connected through a plurality of longitudinally arranged first linear connecting ribs, and in every two adjacent steel tube groups, the two adjacent steel tubes are connected through a plurality of longitudinally arranged arc-shaped stirrups. On the condition that the number of needed single-pile materials is increased slightly, the bearing capacity of the gear-shaped cast-in-place concrete pile is greatly improved, and therefore the total number of piles or the total length of the piles are reduced; or, on the condition that the bearing capacity is not changed, the needed materials are saved by reducing the pile diameter.
