Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a system for comprehensively using agricultural plant wastes. The system is used for preparing high-quality gases, straw biomass charcoal, activated carbon, organic matters and chemical materials by grinding the agricultural plant waste, feeding, molding and carrying out dry distillation and pyrolysis and is further used for removing carbon dioxide and producing high-pressure steam. The system comprises a raw-material molding device, a dry-distillation and pyrolysis device, a condensing and separating device, a gas output device, a dry-cleaning, activating and carbon producing device and a steam output device. The system is used for preparing fuels, organic matters and chemical materials from various waste crops such as straws by carrying out dry distillation and pyrolysis, and thus renewable resources such as straws can be fully utilized. The system is further used for preparing vinegar and tar in addition to fuels, straw biomass charcoal and activated carbon, removing carbon dioxide from the fuels and preparing high-pressure steam from low-quality straw carbon. By using the system, a considerable economic benefit can be created, the comprehensive utilization rate of biomass wastes such as straw can be improved, and no waste water, waste gases and residues can be discharged.
