Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a steering axle assembly which comprises a steering knuckle, a hub bearing unit installed at the front end of the steering knuckle, a flange, a brake disc, a disc brake which is installed on the steering knuckle through a bolt III, a steering knuckle arm which is fixed above the rear end of the steering knuckle through a bolt II, a transverse pull rod assembly, a front shaft and a main pin. The flange and the brake disc are used for installing a wheel. The front end of the transverse pull rod assembly is provided with a steering transverse pull rod arm. The hub bearing unit is fixed to the steering knuckle through a thrust gasket and a locking nut, an original hub and tapered roller bearing structure is not adopted any more, so that the radiating space of an inner cavity of the brake disc in the braking process is effectively enlarged, and radiating of the brake is facilitated; meanwhile, a hub bearing unit body is free of maintenance, is of integrated structural design and has the advantages of being easy to install, low in weight, reliable in performance and the like. Compared with the common hub and tapered roller bearing structure, the maintaining cost is reduced, the weight of a whole axle is lowered, and the using cost of a whole vehicle is reduced.
