The body is made of soft materials, and a sharp object can penetrate through any position of the body so as to be fixed to a drawing face to be used as the circle center of a circle to be drawn. The distance between the through hole and the circle center is free in the body range, and circles of any radius can be drawn. Due to the facts that the through hole allowing the pen point to penetrate therein is formed in the circle drawing learning tool and the circle drawing learning tool is made of the soft materials, the sharp object can penetrate through any position of the circle drawing learning tool to be fixed to the drawing face to be used as the circle center of the circle to be drawn, and the purpose of drawing circles of any radius in the range of the circle drawing learning tool is achieved.
