A planar bottom disc is installed at the bottom, a hollow tubular supporting rod, a connecting pipe and a rotary disc body are welded to the center of the bottom disc, a planar pressure bearing, a sealing ring, a radial bearing and a sealing cap are installed between the upper portion inside the rotary disc body and the connecting pipe, an upper cover is installed at the top of the atomizing spray head, peripheral spray nozzles inclining backwards and upwards are installed on two sides of the upper cover and connected with the upper cover through hollow cylindrical pipes, sharp teeth are installed on the periphery outside the rotary disc body and correspondingly connected with a rectangular clamp, a rotary shaft is arranged in the middle of the clamp, the lower end of the rotary shaft is connected with a supporting frame, the supporting frame is fixedly connected to the sealing cap, and the lower portion of the bottom disc is connected with a water conveying pipe.
