The device comprises photovoltaic power generation DC units, DC power distribution cabinets, photovoltaic grid-connected inverters, a transformer with split windings, and a device measurement and control instrument; the photovoltaic power generation DC units are electrically connected with the DC power distribution cabinets; the DC power distribution cabinets are connected with the transformer with split windings via the photovoltaic grid-connected inverters; the device measurement and control instrument is connected with the DC power distribution cabinets, the photovoltaic grid-connected inverters and the transformer with split windings via communication lines; each photovoltaic power generation DC unit comprises photovoltaic assembly support devices, photovoltaic assembly strings and a DC combiner box; the photovoltaic assembly support devices are used for fixing the photovoltaic assemblies; and the photovoltaic assembly strings are parallelly accessed to the corresponding DC combiner box and then connected to the corresponding photovoltaic grid-connected inverter.
