The pedestal comprises a main body, a head at the front end of the main body and a rotating mold at the front end of the head, and a first installing hole which is recessed inwards along the axial direction of the rotating mold is arranged at the front end of the head. One end of the rotating mold is in the first installing hole and the other end is equipped with screw threads, and the main body is equipped with a first insertion hole used for fixing one end of a hot wire and a first through hole communicated with the first insertion hole vertically. The axial direction of the first insertion hole and the axial direction of the first through hole are both vertical with the axial direction of the rotating mold, and the two ends of the first through hole are equipped with a first fastening member and a second fastening member used for clamping one end of the hot wire.
