The high-voltage voltage transformer comprises a detection unit, a signal processing unit and a detection terminal. The detection unit comprises an electromagnetic type high-voltage voltage transformer and a high-frequency current sensor. One end of the secondary winding coil of the existing electromagnetic type high-voltage voltage transformer is grounded, and one point of the secondary winding is grounded. When the first and secondary windings are broken down by high voltage due to insulation breakdown, high voltage can be led into the ground, the secondary winding is maintained at ground potential, and thus personal and secondary equipment safety is ensured. Further, wiring bolts in a wiring box are directly grounded via a ground wire so that high-frequency current is generated on the ground wire when partial discharge occurs in the electromagnetic type high-voltage voltage transformer, and three phases of voltage is monitored respectively via the high-frequency current sensor. When difference occurs, work personnel are notified to perform periodic maintenance so that safe and stable operation is guaranteed. |
