The eccentric shaft comprises an eccentric shaft body, a first eccentric boss and a second eccentric boss which are integrally arranged, the first planetary gear is connected to the first eccentric boss, the second planetary gear is connected to the second eccentric boss, and the first planetary gear and the second planetary gear are arranged on the inner side of the inner gear and meshed with inner teeth of the inner gear.
