The adjustable jig comprises an upper jig, a lower jig, an M4 bolt, a welding part, a gasket and a clamping part, wherein the upper jig is welded on an upper cross beam of a trolley; the lower jig is welded on a lower cross beam of the trolley; the M4 bolt is connected with the lower jig in a locking manner; the lower jig is formed by the welding part, the gasket and the clamping part; the gasket is positioned between the welding part and the clamping part. By adopting the adjustable jig, the mounting distances of different glass can be obtained quickly, and the adjusting distance of the adjustable jig can be designed according to the sizes of glass so as to enable the adjustable jig to be suitable for the mounting sizes of different glass models; the adjustable jig has extensive applicability, reduces the time for dismounting and mounting, reduces the manufacturing cost, and is convenient and simple to debug and safe in use.
