The device comprises a base, an oil feeding machine, an oil inlet pipe, an oil outlet pipe, an oil discharging pump and a rubber pipe reel. The oil feeding machine, the oil discharging pump and the rubber pipe reel are arranged on the base. One end of the oil inlet pipe is connected with the pumping oil inlet of the oil feeding machine, and the other end of the oil inlet pipe becomes an oil inlet. The oil outlet pipe comprises a first branched pipe and a second branched pipe, one end of the first branched pipe is connected with the oil inlet of the oil discharging pump, one end of the second branched pipe is connected with the oil outlet of the oil discharging pump, and the other end of the first branched pipe and the other end of the second branched pipe are combined to form an oil outlet. The rubber pipe reel is connected with a pumping oil outlet of the oil feeding machine.
