Without welding the lugs and the like, production efficiency is increased and cost is saved. The fact that a forming die of the bumper is cut successively by employ of sectional-type and block-type die-cutting modes, which helps to avoid deformation and other phenomena, increase qualified rate of products and improve qualities of products.
