Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a temperature control device for a material barrel of a plastic extruding machine. The device comprises a material barrel, wherein a ring-shaped metal lining sleeves the material barrel, the ring-shaped metal lining comprises a cylindrical base plate and a plurality of ring-shaped convex ribs integrally connected, and gap grooves are formed between the adjacent ring-shaped convex ribs; the orientation of notches of the gap grooves is in a centrifugal direction which is back on to the central axis of the material barrel, and the cylindrical base plate is positioned on the side which is near the centers of the ring-shaped convex ribs; an outer cover covers the gap grooves, and each two adjacent ring-shaped convex ribs, the outer cover and the cylindrical base plate are clamped and combined to form an annular cooling airflow passage; an air inlet is formed in one side of each annular cooling airflow passage, and air outlets are formed in the opposite sides of the air inlets; according to the direction number of the flowing materials in the axial direction of the material barrel, the air inlets of the odd number cooling airflow passages and the air outlets of the even number cooling airflow passages are positioned on the same side. Through the adoption of the device disclosed by the utility model, the temperature control of each part of the material barrel is comparatively uniform. |
