Novel socket

A novel socket comprises a socket body, a socket cover and a connection block. The connection block is arranged on one side of the socket body and one side of the socket cover, the socket cover is connected to the socket body through the connection block, a wire inlet is formed in the bottom of the socket body, and a wire entering the socket is fixed by a locating screw. A reset spring is arranged in the connection block, one end of the socket cover is movably connected to the socket body through the reset spring in the connection block, and the other end of the socket cover is a free end. The socket body is provided with a two-pole jack and a three-pole jack, threads are arranged at the bottom of the socket body, and a locating protruding block is arranged at the free end of the socket cover. The novel socket is simple in structure, convenient and safe to use, capable of being conveniently and safely used under a humid environment, and long in service life, the jacks of the socket are not prone to loosening, outage of an electric appliance using the socket can not occur for no reason, and the electric appliance can not be easily damaged.
