Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a surface-mounted type LED digital displayer. The surface-mounted type LED digital displayer is used for being welded to a control panel and comprises an outer shell, a crystal fixing wire welding board and wiring boards. Openings are formed in the lateral sides of the outer shell, the front face of the crystal fixing wire welding board is provided with a light emitting chip, a circuit welding spot set electrically connected with the light emitting chip is arranged at the back face of the crystal fixing wire welding board, and the crystal fixing wire welding board is sealed in the outer shell through a glue sealing mode; the crystal fixing wire welding board is connected with the control panel through the wiring boards, one end of each wiring board is welded to the circuit welding spot set, the other end of each wiring board extends outwards through the corresponding opening to be capable of being welded to the control panel, and glue containing chambers are further formed in the lateral sides, provided with the openings, of the outer shell. When the crystal fixing wire welding board is sealed in the outer shell through glue, the glue overflowing from the outer shell flows into the glue containing chambers through the openings. The surface-mounted type LED digital displayer has the advantages that when the crystal fixing wire welding board is sealed in the outer shell of the LED displayer through the glue, the glue cannot flow outside the outer shell of the LED displayer, the product appearance and the product performance are improved, the rate of finished products is correspondingly improved, and the remaking rate is lowered. |
