The handheld device comprises an STM32 microprocessor, a key input module, a liquid crystal display (LCD) screen, a ZigBee wireless module and a direct-current power module. The mobile terminal device comprises a ZigBee wireless module and a tablet personal computer. The wind pressure value collected by the field collecting device is converted by an A/D converter and transmitted to the handheld device, the handheld device transmits wind pressure signals and train number information to the mobile terminal device, the mobile terminal device processes data, and confirmation information is sent to the handheld device through the wireless modules.
