Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a Cortex-M4-based multipath vibration signal acquisition system used for monitoring and analyzing the state of rotary machinery. The system comprises a sensor interface circuit, a programmable amplifier, a differential voltage reference adjusting circuit, an A/D conversion circuit, an FPGA and a Cortex-M4-based STM32 microprocessor. When the system is in use, vibration signals are acquired through eight paths at the same time. The input signals are acquired, conditioned and converted into digital signals by the A/D conversion circuit to be transmitted to the FPGA. Inside the FPGA, the digital signals are filtered to be transmitted to an ARM in a certain data format. According to the technical scheme of the utility model, the data input of different modes can be realized by a control relay, so that the flexibility of the system is improved. Meanwhile, compared with a DSP-based vibration signal acquisition system, the Cortex-M4-based STM32 microprocessor reduces the complexity of the system. Therefore, the transmission and the data storage of data are conveniently realized. In this way, the system is good in practicability. |
