Hydrogenation device for producing low-sulfur gasoline

A hydrogenation device for producing low-sulfur gasoline is provided with a fractionation tower, an alkali extraction and sulfur alcohol removal unit, a hydrogenation treatment unit and a product unit, wherein the top of the fractionation tower is communicated with the alkali extraction and sulfur alcohol removal unit, the bottom of the fractionation tower is communicated with the hydrogenation treatment unit, the outlet of the alkali extraction and sulfur alcohol removal unit and the outlet of the hydrogenation treatment unit are communicated with the product unit, and the hydrogenation treatment unit is provided with a first hydrogenation reactor, a second hydrogenation reactor and a third hydrogenation reactor. By the adoption of the hydrogenation device, high-sulfur and high-alkene catalytic gasoline can be adopted as raw materials, and the obtained product meets the Euro V gasoline sulfur content standard. The hydrogenation device is long in operating cycle.
